Utsavam 2012- 2013 organized by Kerala Tourism Development Corporation will be organized in all the 14 district of Kerala with main aim to flourish the art and culture of Kerala through this festival. District level programmes will be start on December 23, 2012 at Fortkochi Vasco Da Gama Square and will continue up to February 24,2013.
More than 1000 artistes from various parts of the state join hands to entertain you with 364 performances, of more than 80 art forms that will in turn bedeck the entire God’s Own Country to an amphitheater intimating the quintessence of Kerala’s rich cultural heritage.
