Nainar Mosque is located in located in Karikodu in Idukki District of Kerala.Nainar Mosque is the largest and oldest mosque of Idukki . The mosque is visited by both the Hindu and Muslim religion , it is a living example of brotherhood. The mosque id dedicated to Vavaru Swami believed to be a friend of Lora Ayyappa. The temple is located near the Bhagvathy Temple and is believed that the mosque was built at the same time as this temple was built.
The mosque has some historical carved stones and scriptures.
