The proposed home stay, renovated without spoiling its old architectural grandeur, has 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The building has a plinth area of 190 sq.m and looks majestically impressive with well maintained cellar, attic, in built wooden chambers (arayum, nirayum) and an outhouse. Facilities such as T.V, fridge, washing machine and internet are available. And also swimming ghat, fishing point, paddy field, river side, pollution free and safety place. Homely food available. Boating can be arranged to Kumarakom & Vembanad Lake.
