Kaiya House is located only a 10 minute walk from Varkala’ s famous cliff tops, this lovely boutique hotel, Kaiya House, offers the traveller a calm and beautiful environment to enjoy the sights and sounds of India in a relaxed atmosphere. The 5 guest rooms all have a theme from different parts of the world ranging from the African room to the Chinese, Japanese, Indian and English. Suraj and Debra offer a unique experience of India in this family run business. Suraj has worked in the Kerala film industry as well as being a certified yoga teacher. Before settling in Kerala, Debra and Suraj enjoyed London life together for 9 years following their marriage in Kochi on the 1st of January, 2000.
