St. Joseph Church

St. Joseph Church, Thannipuzha is situated between Perumpavoor and Kaladi, on the side of M C Road. Kaladi and Thannipuzha are at the both sides of river Periyar. The feast of parish Patron St. Joseph is being celebrated on the first Sunday of May every year. Ooottuthirunal (Feast) is on March 19th.

There are two capelas under this parish, St. Martin’s Capela near the river and St. Sebastian’s Capela at Okkal junction. Feasts of St. Martin and St. Sebastian are celebrated in the month of November and January respectively.
