Marari Beach is located in Alapuzzha District of Kerala. The beach is about 11 km from Alleppey town. Alleppey known for its breathtaking backwaters is famous tourist destination of Kerala that attracts hoards of tourist from all over the world. Marari Beach is in the Mararikulam a small fishing village in the outskirts of Alappuzha. Marari beach is not a famous beach , local people come here to enjoy and relax . Its a picnic spot for the local residence. The sea water is clean and ideal for swimming.
It is peaceful beach and one can see fisherman all around and their lifestyle. The Village and the Beach gives the glimpse of traditional and ancient Kerala. There are only few resorts around the beach.

By Train– Alappuzha is well connected by rail network. One can reach here from many cities like Cochin, Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Mumbai Bombay, New Delhi, Mangalore, and Kolkata.
By Road– Alappuzha district is well-connected by National Highway 47.Kochi,, Kollam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore are well connected by road to Alappuzha.
