By Train– Kalady have ni railway station. Angamaly is the nearest railway station about 8 km from the town. Another railway station nearby it is Aluva about 22 km away from the city.

By Road– Buses are there to Kalady from Angamaly. It connects Kalady with important cities and towns of the state Kerala like Thrissur, Thiruvananthapuram, Palakkad and Kozhikode.
