Peechi Dam is a dam located in Thrissur District of Kerala that is built across Manali River. The dam was started as an irrigation project and catered need of the surrounding villages in the District. It is used to irrigate the paddy fields in the district and also for the drinking purpose. The dam is built over large area of about 3,200 acres and there are botanical gardens also and various other tourist spots . The dam is located about 15 Km from Thrissur City.
Dam is well connected to the the City of Thrissur and Cochin. Thrissur Railway Station is the nearest station about 22 km from here.
