Kappil Beach is one northernmost beach of Kerala located in Kasargod District of Kerala about 16 km from the city. Kappil beach is yet not well explored beach of Kerala .Its beauty and fascinating surrounding is secluded and quite picturesque. The wide stretch of the silver sand is ideal for walking and tourist can enjoy volleyball in the beach. Localities come here to relax and for picnic.The Kappil Beach is spread over an area of 25 acres. The beach offers captivating glimpse of the Arabian sea. It is an ideal place for relaxing and sunbathing.
Bekal Fort is also located about 6 km from the beach which adds beauty to the beaches and tourist after visiting the fort heads towards this beach to relax in peaceful environment. Koddi hills are located near the beach which give the panoramic view of the beach and the sea.

By Air– Mangalore International Airport is the nearest airport located about 58 km in Karnataka State from Kasargod city . Calicut International Airport is located about 200 km form the city.
By Train– Kasargod Railway Station is located about 14 km from the Beach and Kuttikkulam about 4 km from the beach.
By Road– Kasargod is the northernmost district of Kerala and has a good road network within Kerala and Karnataka State.
