Vizhinjam Anchuthengu Fort is a fort located in Anchuthengu formerly known as Anjengo a town located in Thiruvananthapuram District of Kerala State of India. It was once the Portuguese area of settlement . The fort played an important role in the Anglo-Mysore Wars in the 18th century.
Near the fort there is clean beach which offers beautiful view of the Arabian Sea and attracts lots of tourist due to its Portuguese style of architecture . There are many churches and old convent schools that have Portuguese style of architecture. The village is located about 36 km from the capital city of the state.
