Thirumala Devaswom Temple dedicated to Shri Ventachalapathy was established by Devaresa Prabhu in 1727 AD. It is located in Ernakulam Kerala India. During the fall of Vijayanagara Empire many people were converted to Christainity by Portuguese in Goa, so the Gowda Saraswatha Brahmins of Gos migrated here in Kochi and established the temple . Portuguese destroyed the temple but it was reconstructed in 1663 . In the temple campus there are many other shrines dedicated to different gods like Hanuman, Garuda, Brindavan, Lord Ganapathy and Goddess Mahalakshmi.
Fesstivals are held here from April to November in this temple .
