Munambam beach also known as Muzris Beach is northern end of Cherai Beach. The beach is located in Munambam is a small fishing village. It is about 30 km from Cochin city. Munanbam beach is the point where mighty River Periyar submerges into Arabian Sea. Dolphin can be spotted if you are lucky enough . Beach is quite and peaceful with no crowd. Local people come here for picnic and to relax. Walking in the long stretch of golden sand is a beautiful experience.
Munambam beach is in one of those beaches where Chinese Fishing nets can be seen. These are the main attraction of the beach. The beach is neat and well maintained.

By Air– Cochin International Airport is the nearest beach about 20 km away.
By Train– Aluva Railway Station is the nearest to the beach about 23 km away from here.
By Road– Munambam Beach can be reached easily as it is located near Cochin city. It can also be reached by Aluva.
